AFM S2S interface for the digital delivery of prospectuses

Institutions must submit prospectuses to the AFM. This is in accordance with the prospectus regulation EU2017/1229, which describes that in addition to submitting the final terms in PDF format, the institutions must also deliver automatically. The details of the conditions of the automated delivery are described in the Delivery of FinalTerms S2S interface specification.

Dex Data Explorers is specialized in reporting software and has developed a standard interface in collaboration with Mylette. The interface handles the entire process in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the requirements of the AFM. The interface provides for the delivery of the (draft) prospectuses as well as for the feedback from the AFM.
