Class Actions
Each year many lawsuits are launched against managers of organizations because of fraud and mismanagement. A “Class Action” is a term that describes when investors collectively sue the managers of an organization. You, as an investor, can join such a class action if you have shares or bonds in the organization concerned. But how can you know which lawsuit is happening where, and what your rights are as an investor?  And how will you benefit? Mylette Securities has the answers.

Global Participation
Together with our partner GOAL we keep an eye on what Class Actions worldwide are relevant to your portfolio. By carrying out a periodic analysis of your portfolio, we are able to specify which Class Actions would be of interest for you and your customers. We can even provide an indication as to how much compensation you can expect. Annually, billions of euros remain unclaimed by investors. This can be corrected by participating in the proper Class Actions.

Well-known Class Actions
The most famous Class Actions are without doubt Enron and Ahold which eventually paid out hundreds of millions of euros in compensation to shareholders. There is also the case against World Online which is now underway. However, even less well-known cases could also be of great interest for you as an investor.
