Investor giro
For one of the largest (insurance) banks, Mylette employees optimized the investor giro process and eliminated arrears and inefficiencies. The most important components in this project were the knowledge input and the improvement of the existing procedures, supported by improved ICT.
Financial data warehouse
For a fast-growing bank, Mylette consultants implemented the Internet Savings project.
Arrears management
Mylette consultants implemented an interface to in source external data into the OnGuard system. The ultimate objective was to have complete control over the monitoring of arrears in a mortgage portfolio.
Test scripts
For a large investment bank, all software that had been changed during a maintenance process was functionally tested. For this purpose, Mylette employees setup a number of test scripts. All changes made to the software were mapped out as to what their impact would be on the functional design, and where necessary the functional design was updated.
Migration
For one of the largest 10 banks, Mylette was responsible for the testing of a new business portal for institutional investors, financial intermediaries and asset managers.
Business architecture
Within the framework of an innovation program for one of the largest 3 banks in The Netherlands, Mylette provided that the business architecture for the bank’s wholesale division was established, recorded and monitored.
Interim expertise
For one of the largest 3 banks, Mylette supported capacities required for the Mortgages Product Management department. Through the efforts of the Mylette employees, temporary jobs were filled and several stagnant projects were brought to a successful completion.
